The technology used in the Dashwerks Startup and Shutdown Controller (DSSC™) circuit can be licensed for use in your design for a small fee. By licensing the DSSC™ circuit technology, you get full access to all of the IP used to create the product. Licensing the circuit technology has the following advantages over per-board purchases:

• Cost savings - licensing provides you with a much lower cost per unit price. These savings can in turn be reflected back to your consumers. A few basic design tools are all that is required.


• Significantly Reduced Time-to-Market - by using a proven existing technology, you can focus on the more critical portions of your carpc/carcomputer/dashpc product design.


• Standards based technology - The technology used to duplicate the DSSC™ can be easily integrated into existing designs. We used industry standard design tools, (such as Eagle) for the board design. Any industry standard PIC chip programmer can be used to program the processor chip(s) for mass distribution or integration into your design.
